The Nicola Wealth Private Debt team is pleased to announce its fund’s participation in a first lien term loan financing led by Sound Point Capital, Morgan Stanley Private Credit, and Churchill Asset Management to Ardurra (“the Company”), a portfolio company of Littlejohn & Co. Proceeds from the financing were used to fund Littlejohn & Co.’s acquisition of the Company.
Headquartered in Miami, FL, Ardurra provides highly complex engineering and design services for water, transportation and aviation end-markets across the United States.
