During her four-year tenure as CEO of Variety, The Children’s Charity, fundraising doubled, bridging critical gaps in children's healthcare and education. Cally introduced innovative programs supporting healthcare needs like Continuous Glucose Monitors and Private Autism Assessments.

Previously, at the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, Cally contributed to major gift fundraising, translating scientific advancements into impactful strategies, including launching a clinical trial network.
