Alex Messina

Alex Messina is the Director of Acquisitions at Nicola Wealth and manages the acquisition of commercial real estate assets.  With extensive underwriting and transaction experience, he is responsible for evaluating potential acquisition opportunities and coordinating due diligence.

Alex holds a Bachelor of Commerce with Honours, specializing in Finance and Real Estate, from UBC’s Sauder School of Business.  He also completed a Post Graduate Certificate in Real Property Valuation.  Alex is an active member of the Real Estate Institute of BC and previously served on their Board of Governors.

Mark Hannah

Mark is the Managing Director, Real Estate and is responsible for acquisitions at Nicola Wealth. He started in  commercial real estate in 1981 and has over 33 years’ experience in the brokerage industry. In 1994, he helped establish the Vancouver office of Avison Young Commercial Real Estate, an employee owned company which has now grown significantly to a worldwide commercial brokerage company.

Mark has extensive experience in sales and leasing of commercial real estate and served as the company’s Managing Director of the Vancouver office. This experience has proven invaluable in his current role at Nicola Wealth.
