Venterra had a unique opportunity to acquire Jefferson Park, a small 40-unit garden style multifamily community well located near several large employers in Louisville, Kentucky. The property is located at the intersection of Fern Valley Road and Jefferson Boulevard, almost directly across the street from Clearwater Farm, a 472-unit community that was purchased in 2019. Jefferson Park will be an extension of the existing Clearwater Farm asset.
