Clearwater Farms

Clearwater Farms is a garden style community well located approximately 8 miles southeast of downtown Louisville along a corridor that connects some of the area's largest employers – UPS Worldport, Ford Louisville Assembly Plant and GE Appliance Park. The property has a mix of units featuring cathedral ceilings in upper floor units, loft space in select units, and others with private patios. The community also has two swimming pools, a pet park, playground, and a low-density look and feel.
