Our attention is focused on opportunities with below market rental rates, quality construction, credit tenancies, and pricing below replacement cost. While we prefer the ability to place new debt on acquisitions, we also have the flexibility to assume existing mortgages or close entirely with cash.

We are an experienced team with a disciplined approach, committed to building high-quality, income-producing real estate portfolios that are diversified both geographically and by asset type. While we typically own 100% of the assets in our portfolios, we also have several strategic partners across North America who are both reputable and well-established in their areas of expertise.

- Nicola Value Add Real Estate Limited PartnershipGenerates returns through investments in multiple projects using “value-add strategies.” The LP acquires existing commercial, multi-family residential, and / or development sites in conjunction with partners who add significant value by implementing a major refurbishment / repositioning of the asset and / or re-development of a new product for resale.
