Prior to joining the firm, Josh worked as an Associate in the Mergers and Acquisitions group at National Bank Financial in Toronto. During his time at National Bank, Josh worked with both corporate and financial clients across a variety of industries providing advisory services on M&A transactions, capital raises, and restructuring mandates. Prior to his time at National Bank, Josh worked at a lower mid-market private equity firm in Toronto and a young technology startup in Waterloo.

Josh joined the Private Equity and Venture Capital team at Nicola Wealth in September 2022 after spending three years working in investment banking.
