Short Rules

No purchase necessary. Giveaway open to residents of Canada who are 19 years of age or older. The giveaway will be held from February 16–20, 2026. The winner will be contacted on February 23, 2026 at 2:00pm EST. One prize to be won, the approximate value at a total of $720 CAD. Skill-testing question required to win. **Eligibility: **

1.1 No purchase is required. The giveaway is open to residents of Canada who are 19 years old or older.

1.2 During the period, February 16, 2026 – February 20, 2026, participants may enter without making a purchase, follow the instructions on Instagram to enter.

1.3 Participants can enter the giveaway on Instagram by completing all three of the following tasks:

• “Liking” the contest post on Instagram
• Follow @nicolawealth on Instagram
• Tag a friend or follower in the comments section of the contest post

1.4 Employees, associates, affiliates, immediate family members, and household members of Nicola Wealth Management Ltd. (Nicola Wealth) and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, and promotion agencies are not eligible to participate in the giveaway.

Giveaway Period:

2.1 The giveaway will begin on February 16, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST) and will end on February 20, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. EST.

2.2 All entries must be received within the giveaway period to be eligible for consideration.

2.3 The draw will take place on February 23, 2026.

2.4 The winner will be notified via direct message from Nicola Wealth’s official Instagram account on February 23, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. EST.

Prize:

3.1 The winner will be notified through the account they used to enter the giveaway.

3.2 If a selected winner cannot be reached or does not claim their prize within 2 days after the first attempt of contact, or if the winner fails to comply with these rules and regulations, an alternate winner may be selected.

3.3 Four Orchestra-level tickets to the February 27, 2026 Opening Night performance of The National Ballet of Canada’s Flight Pattern / Suite en Blanc at 7:30pm.

• Tickets are for the February 27, 2026 performance at 7:30pm
• Location, Four Seasons Centre for the Performing Arts, 145 Queen Street West, Toronto
• Performance starts at 7:30 pm (EST)
• The winner and guests will receive Orchestra-level seats
• Tickets will be electronically transferred. When we contact you, please provide your email address and full name to facilitate the transfer.
• Value is approximately $720.00 CAD.

3.4 The odds of winning a prize are dependent on the number of eligible entries received during the entry period.

3.5 Prior to claiming the prize, the winner must complete a mathematical skill testing question.

3.6 All incidental costs and expenses not specifically referred to herein as part of the prize description are the sole responsibility of the prize winner and/or guest(s), where applicable. All prize elements are subject to availability and substitution. Nicola Wealth or any other entity, will not provide any compensation whatsoever with respect to any costs associated with utilizing a prize or otherwise.

Prize Conditions:

4.1 Prize(s) must be accepted as awarded and cannot be transferred, assigned, substituted or redeemed for cash by the winner, except at the sole discretion of Nicola Wealth. Any unused portion of a prize will be forfeited and have no cash value. Nicola Wealth reserves the right, in their sole discretion, to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a prize (or any portion thereof) cannot be awarded for any reason.

4.2 Winner(s) will be solely responsible for any expense not explicitly included in the prize.

4.3 Nicola Wealth shall not assume any liability for a lost, damaged or misdirected prize.

Publicity:

5.1 By entering the giveaway, the winner(s) agree to the use of their name, photograph, image, voice, and/or likeness for promotional and publicity purposes related to the giveaway without any further compensation.

General Conditions:

6.1 Nicola Wealth reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway, or disqualify any participant, for any reason, including but not limited to fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond their control that impairs the integrity of the giveaway. 6.2 The giveaway organizers' decisions are final and binding on all matters related to the giveaway. 6.3 The giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.

Privacy:

7.1 Personal information collected from participants will be used solely to administer the giveaway and will not be disclosed to any third party unless required by law.

Liability:

8.1 Giveaway is no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by or associated with Instagram or The National Ballet of Canada.

8.2 By participating in the giveaway, participants release Nicola Wealth and its associates, affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any loss, harm, damages, cost, or expense arising out of or relating to the prize.
