Podium is a proposed redevelopment of two existing office buildings located on the southwest corner of McKenzie Avenue and Shelbourne Street in the District of Saanich. The sub-area, called University Centre due to its proximity to both the University of Victoria and Camosun College, is rich with local amenities including grocery shopping, services, restaurants, financial institutions and a number of parks. The exciting new redevelopment will deliver 384 new rental homes and approximately 19,000 sf of new retail.
