Driving Directions and Parking

Our office is located just off of Highway 97 (Harvey Avenue)

• To enter Landmark VI turn onto Kirschner Road, then on to Dickson
• You can find free parking across the street outside the Landmark III, IV, & V buildings and walk across the street

Driving Directions and Parking

• The parking garage is located at 175 Bloor St East. When arriving from Bloor St East, turn south onto Church St and then make your first left/east onto Hayden St.
• This will take you to the back of the building and continue to the north building parking garage where you need to scan the parking QR code upon arrival and departure.
• Continue to follow the signage to utilize Nicola Wealth’s reserved parking spots N36 – N39 located on P2. If the spots are taken you will need to find other visitors parking spots that are available

Building Directions

Our office is located on the 5th floor of the southwest corner of West Broadway & Granville, with the building’s main entrance facing West Broadway (see purple pin). The entrance to our building’s underground parking is located on 10th Avenue, between Granville & Fir (see blue pin).

• If accessing from Broadway, enter the lobby and take the elevator to the 5th floor.
• If accessing from the underground parkade, take the 2nd set of elevators – marked “Office Tower” – which will give you direct access to our floor.

Complimentary Parking

Since parking can be a challenge, we offer complimentary visitor stalls to our guests. We have reserved parking stalls, on the first level of the parkade, marked “Nicola Wealth”.

Parking Directions

• Once in the underground parkade, the “Nicola Wealth” reserved parking stalls are located directly opposite the elevators, numbered #36 - #42. If you find these stalls are full, we have additional space in stalls #34, #51, and #52.
• If none of the Nicola Wealth reserved stalls are available, continue left to park in any stall not marked “Reserved.” Parking stalls #1 - 30 are hourly paid parking only. Do not park here.
• Once parked, please bring your stall number and licence plate number to Nicola Wealth Reception on the 5th floor.
