Following six years of brokerage experience, Sveto moved over to the development side and managed the leasing of a multi-million square foot portfolio.  With a strong sense of the value of relationships and appreciation for the complexities of negotiations, Sveto brings broad experience to his role on the Leasing team at Nicola Real Estate.

Sveto began his career in commercial real estate upon completing his undergraduate degree at the University of British Columbia in 2002.
