Prior to joining Nicola Wealth, Siyi gained experience in commercial and residential real estate investments, including roles in capital markets, acquisitions, and asset management in both Canada and China.

He holds an MBA from the Rotman School of Management, where he was actively involved in real estate–focused initiatives.


Siyi is a Development Analyst at Nicola Wealth. He supports the real estate team through financial modeling, market research, and analysis to inform investment strategy and execution.
