Simon leads the Mortgage Investments team at Nicola Wealth, overseeing the firm’s real estate debt investment platform with responsibility for strategy, portfolio management, and capital deployment.
Since joining Nicola Wealth in 2017, he has built on prior experience gained with both national and boutique mortgage lenders in Canada, as well as a real estate consultancy in Canada and the United Kingdom. Investing across the risk spectrum on behalf of private and institutional clients, Simon brings a practical and disciplined approach to managing risk and expanding the firm’s real estate debt platform.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Economics, a Diploma in Business Administration, and a Post Graduate Certificate in Real Property Valuation.
