Before joining Nicola Real Estate, Shaun worked as an appraiser and handled diverse assignments related to commercial and residential properties. His expertise covered office buildings, retail complexes, development sites, single- and multi-family residential projects, assessment appeal negotiations, and lease negotiations. Shaun was formerly designated as an Accredited Appraiser (AACI).

Shaun joined Nicola Real Estate in 2016 as part of the Acquisitions team. He assists in sourcing, underwriting, and structuring investment and joint venture transactions for the three Nicola Real Estate funds. Additionally, he oversees the external appraisals and valuation of the assets in each of the funds.
