Roz McQueen

Roz joined the Nicola Real Estate team in 2021 and collaboratively leads our leasing and asset management teams.

Roz has extensive experience working with tenants and negotiating commercial leases in leading markets across North America. After graduating from Ivey Business School at Western University with Honours, Roz began her real estate career in Toronto in 2005, working for a national commercial brokerage firm. She then spent over a decade with one of Canada’s largest institutional landlords, leasing up some of Toronto’s most iconic downtown office towers like First Canadian Place.

In 2017, Roz and her family relocated back to her hometown of Vancouver, where she worked for a major residential and commercial developer before joining Nicola Wealth.

Roz currently serves on the Board of Directors for the NAIOP Vancouver chapter (National Association of Industrial and Office Properties), which provides advocacy, education, and business networking opportunities for the industry.
