He has substantial experience managing and expanding diversified commercial real estate portfolios across all major asset classes in Canada and the United States. His career includes key roles at two of Western Canada’s most prominent and active real estate development organizations.
Rowan’s background in commercial leasing provided a solid foundation for his transition into industrial sales in 2020. In that role, he led the development and growth of an industrial strata business unit. Under his leadership, the platform scaled into new markets throughout Canada and the United States.
Known for building and mentoring high-performing teams, Rowan drives revenue growth and cultivates enduring client and broker relationships. As a player-coach, he combines strategic execution with talent development, fostering collaborative, accountable, and results-driven workplace cultures.
