Overview
Robbie holds the title of Valuation Manager at Nicola Real Estate, bringing a robust professional background to the team. Previously serving as Associate Director at Altus Group, he specialized in property appraisal across British Columbia.
In his current role, Robbie oversees and reviews all asset valuations within Nicola Real Estate's portfolio. His responsibilities extend to supporting external and internal valuation processes for the three real estate funds, coordinating valuations among multiple stakeholders, and analyzing the impact of various assumptions on asset values.
Robbie holds the AACI designation from the Appraisal Institute of Canada and has a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Victoria. He furthered his education with a Post-Graduate Certificate in Real Property Valuation (PGCV) from the University of British Columbia.
Outside of work, Robbie is a volunteer member of NAIOP Vancouver's Developing Leaders Committee. His interests include running, soccer, and snowboarding.
