Peter L. Stafl

Peter is responsible for overseeing Nicola Real Estate property management and leasing operations for the Ontario industrial and office portfolio, which is managed on behalf of both institutional and private direct investors.

Peter has nearly 40 years of commercial real estate experience, which includes a unique blend of both landlord and commercial brokerage expertise. Throughout his career, Peter has been directly involved in the leasing of over 12 million square feet of office, industrial, and retail buildings across Canada. Before joining Nicola Real Estate in 2009, Peter spent nine years as the Senior Director of Leasing with GWL Realty Advisors Inc., where he was responsible for their downtown Toronto office portfolio. Prior to that, he spent seven years in commercial brokerage with Colliers International and started his real estate career with Bramalea Limited in 1983.

Peter holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from The University of Western Ontario, Huron College.
