Overview
Nicholas is part of the Nicola Real Estate team, where he focuses on institutional growth, capital markets, and investment execution across Canada and the U.S. He works closely with capital partners and internal teams to drive strategic deployment and optimize portfolio performance.
Prior to joining the firm, Nicholas held investment roles at several prominent real estate firms. In his previous role, he originated and underwrote real estate debt and equity investments across North America. Before this, he led acquisition efforts across the West Coast in multifamily rental, condominium, and life sciences assets, and played a key role in a USD $15 billion mixed-use development partnership. Earlier in his career, he was involved in over USD $3.0 billion in closed transactions across mixed-use, office, and entertainment studio assets.
A Vancouver native, Nicholas holds both a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Business Administration from the USC Marshall School of Business.
