Prior to joining Nicola Wealth, Minna interned at Brookfield Asset Management and OMERS, and worked as a Corporate Banking Analyst at BMO Capital Markets, where she earned a return offer. She holds a Master of Financial Economics and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Toronto.

Outside of work, Minna enjoys playing tennis in the summer, snowboarding in the winter, and following Formula 1 racing.
