Mark Renzoni

Mark Renzoni is the former President and Chief Executive Officer of CBRE in Canada and was responsible for the day-to-day strategy and operational direction for all divisions, including Brokerage, Outsourcing, Appraisal, Property Management, Debt Capital Markets, and Consulting.

Under his leadership, the Canadian business grew to over $500-million per annum in revenue with 2,200 employees across 22 offices. CBRE Canada won numerous global awards and completed many of the largest transactions across the Canadian markets.

Having dedicated the past 30 years of his professional career to CBRE, Mark has extensive insights across all business lines and industry platforms. In 1989, Mark began his career in the Toronto West office and became a Managing Director within the GTA before taking on the leadership of CBRE’s flagship business, the Toronto Downtown office. Mark was then promoted to Chief Operating Officer and relocated to Vancouver to integrate all national service lines and expand CBRE’s market share between Toronto and Western Canadian markets. Mark became President and CEO in late 2013 and commenced an aggressive change management strategy focused on client service, talent management, and market share growth.

Today, CBRE Canada is the leading commercial real estate advisory platform with tremendous expansion opportunities.
