Mahum is a Wealth Planning Intern at Nicola Wealth. Before joining, she gained experience in financial services as a Customer Service Representative at the Bank of Montreal, where she supported clients with their day-to-day banking needs and developed a strong foundation in client service.
She has also held roles focused on client strategy and operations, contributing to process improvements, workflow efficiencies, and enhanced client engagement through structured problem-solving and thoughtful service delivery. With a strong interest in financial services, Mahum is focused on continuing to build her experience in client-facing and advisory-oriented roles within the wealth management industry.
Mahum recently completed her Bachelor of Commerce with Honours in Business Technology Management at Toronto Metropolitan University.
