Laura Adema

As Senior Manager, Mortgage Administration at Nicola Wealth, Laura leads the end-to-end administration, funding, and servicing of the firm’s commercial and residential mortgage investments.

With more than a decade of experience in the private lending sector, Laura brings expertise in mortgage funding, regulatory compliance, investor servicing, and operational process enhancement. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the British Columbia Institute of Technology.

Beyond her role at Nicola Wealth, Laura is an active community contributor. She serves on the Board of Directors for Tri-City Transitions and has previously held leadership positions with the Rotary Club of Coquitlam, including Secretary, Membership Chair, and Speaker Chair. Outside of work, Laura enjoys spending time outdoors with her family, especially hiking, kayaking, and skiing.
