Laura Adema

At Nicola Wealth, Laura supports the firm's mortgage investment platform by overseeing the operational infrastructure underpinning investment execution, transaction administration, cash flow management, and investor reporting.

With more than a decade of experience in private mortgage investments, Laura brings expertise in mortgage documentation, regulatory compliance, investor servicing, and process optimization. Her work helps ensure the efficient execution and ongoing management of the firm's mortgage investment portfolios. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the British Columbia Institute of Technology.

Beyond her role at Nicola Wealth, Laura is an active contributor to her community. She serves on the Board of Directors of Tri-City Transitions and has previously held several leadership roles with the Rotary Club of Coquitlam, including Secretary, Membership Chair, and Speaker Chair. Outside of work, Laura enjoys spending time outdoors with her family, particularly hiking, kayaking, and skiing.
