Katie is the Director of Asset Management at Nicola Wealth, bringing over 15 years of expertise in commercial real estate across advisory, investment, and asset management for all major asset classes.
Throughout her career, Katie has overseen approximately $600 million in assets and executed more than $3 billion in transactions, demonstrating a strong track record in both institutional and private real estate environments. Her experience includes key roles at Brookfield Asset Management and Bentall Kennedy (now BentallGreenOak) in Toronto, as well as Premise Properties in Vancouver. At Nicola Wealth, Katie collaborates closely with the team to drive asset optimization and strategic growth for the firm’s expanding platform.
Outside of work, she enjoys coffee walks with her family, exploring new restaurants, planning travel adventures, and working on her tennis game.
