Overview
Josh manages Nicola Real Estate’s in-house development and construction team. He oversees the development process, including project feasibility, design and development management, budgeting, entitlements, marketing and construction.
With more than 20 years of experience in local and international markets, Josh takes a holistic approach to real estate development and has managed projects of varying scale and complexity.
Before joining Nicola Real Estate, Josh was working for one of Vancouver’s largest development companies, overseeing many of the firm’s residential, office and mixed use development projects in the Lower Mainland.
Josh has also developed properties for other merchant developers in Vancouver, and spent time with the development arm of a sovereign wealth fund in Abu Dhabi, managing projects throughout the Middle East and Southeast Asia.
When not in the office, Josh spends his time on the water, in the mountains, and with his wife and two kids.
