Before joining Nicola Real Estate, Jonathan held the position of Strata Accountant at one of the leading Strata Management companies in British Columbia, where he achieved his Chartered Professional Accountant, Certified General Accountant (CPA, CGA) designation.

In 2013, Jonathan joined the Nicola Real Estate team, focusing primarily on fund accounting for the Canadian Real Estate Fund. His extensive experience within the Real Estate team encompasses roles such as Accountant for the Self-Storage Portfolio and Real Estate Corporate Entities.
