Joey Zhang

Joey has been in the financial industry for nearly two decades, specializing in meeting the financial needs of high-net-worth entrepreneurs and their families.

With his Chinese background, he works closely and actively in the Chinese-Canadian community, especially with new immigrants from mainland China. Understanding cultural and financial differences between Asia and Canada, he creates innovative seminars and concepts to help his clients with migrating their lifestyle and financial management into their new world.

With his Bachelor of Science degree earned back in 1994 from Xi’an Jiao Tong University, China, he challenged his professional career by taking the CFA program, and finally earned his CFA charter in 2005. He also earned Certified Financial Planner designation in the same year. To further understand the local business environment and network, he enrolled at Simon Fraser University in 2007, and earned his Master’s Degree in Business Administration in 2009.
