Jill Pepall

Jill Pepall is a senior investment executive with a successful career in the banking, insurance, and public sector pension industries. Most recently, she was Executive Vice President and Chief Investment Officer (CIO) of Investment Management Corporation of Ontario, with $77 billion of assets under management, and its predecessor organization, Ontario Pension Board. Prior to that, she was Managing Director and CIO at Scotia Asset Management and Head of Investments at Empire Life Insurance.

Jill currently serves on several boards of directors and board committees. She is a board member of Ontario Power Generation and chair of the Audit and Risk committee. She is a board member and chair of the investment committee of the CAMH Foundation (Centre for Addiction and Mental Health). She is member of the investment committee of the board of the Municipal Pension Plan of British Columbia ($80 billion) and serves on the investment committee of the board of CMA Impact Inc. (Canadian Medical Association). She is also on the investment committee of the board for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.

Jill received her Masters of Business Administration degree from the Schulich School of Business. She is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and holds the ICD.D designation from the Institute of Corporate Director.
