Jay is a Development & Design Manager at Nicola Wealth with more than 26 years of architectural experience. He is a Registered Architect in British Columbia and a WELL Accredited Professional with the International WELL Building Institute (IWBI).
Before joining Nicola’s Real Estate team, Jay led major civic, institutional, and commercial projects across Alberta and British Columbia. After relocating to BC in 2022, he transitioned into real estate development as a Development Manager for a local residential developer, where he led two waterfront residential projects, oversaw the development of Western Canada’s largest EV service center, and managed the construction phase of a transitional housing project for single mothers.
Jay brings clarity and discipline to complex project delivery, guiding multidisciplinary teams and fostering strong collaboration among project partners. He ensures alignment on priorities, maintains budget oversight, and drives consistent execution throughout all stages of development.
