Before joining Nicola Wealth, Jason spent two years at a federal credit union, where he handled the origination of commercial real estate loans and portfolio risk management. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce with specializations in Real Estate and Marketing from the University of British Columbia.

Jason joined Nicola Wealth in 2021 as a member of the Real Estate team, specializing in real estate debt. His responsibilities include managing and procuring debt capital across Nicola Real Estate's three funds.
