Iris Chia is a Team Lead, Private Wealth – Associates, where she supports and empowers high-performing teams to deliver exceptional client service.
With over 14 years of experience in the financial services industry, Iris is known for bringing clarity to complexity, executing with care, and fostering strong cross-functional alignment. Prior to joining Nicola Wealth, she held various roles at HSBC Bank Canada, that shaped her client-centric mindset, commitment to operational excellence, and passion for enabling individual and team success.
Iris holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Promotion and Disease Prevention, and two minors in Psychology and Marketing, from the University of Southern California. She also holds an Associate of Arts in Visual Communications from the Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising.
Outside of work, Iris is actively engaged in her community through volunteering with Looking Glass Foundation and BeaYOUtiful Foundation. She also enjoys dancing and cherishes time with her young family.
