He holds a Bachelor of Commerce with a Specialized Honors in General Management, a Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation, a Facilities Management Administrator (FMA) designation, and a BOMI – High Performance designation.

Gary joined Nicola Real Estate in 2021 and oversees a portfolio of office and industrial properties in Ontario and the U.S.
