Don Morrison

Don is a seasoned Private Equity investor and business leader, having led Direct Investment, Fund Investment and Co-Investment portfolios. Most recently, Don was an Executive Vice President and Senior Managing Director for OMERS Private Markets.

As a senior member of the investment leadership team, Don managed C$20 billion of private equity and infrastructure investments. Don also established and led the direct investment platform of OMERS Private Equity, building the team and growing the operation to C$7.5 billion in net investments.

Prior to OMERS, Don was Senior Vice-President and a member of the senior management and investment committee at Working Ventures Canadian Fund. Don started his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers in corporate finance. Don has FCPA, FCA, ICD.D and CIRP designations.

Don is currently acting as an independent Director/Advisor; his experience is broad and spans more than 25 corporate boards and advisory committees, including manufacturers, consumer products/services, health care and financial services sectors.
