David Crosby

David came to the Real Estate Division of Nicola Wealth following a long career in residential and commercial property management.

After numerous years in the property management industry, David founded and ran Crosby Property Management Ltd from 1976 to 2011. He oversaw the management of a large mixed portfolio of properties in British Columbia and Alberta working with developers, owners and tenants and managing a variety of different types of property. Crosby Property Management grew to be one of the largest independently owned property management companies in Canada, before being sold to First Service in 2011.

Commencing in 2001, David worked in partnership with John Nicola to establish a Real Estate Asset Management Partnership. This partnership grew and evolved over time firstly as Nicola Crosby then as Nicola Real Estate Division. David has continued his involvement with it as a member of Nicola Real Estate Investment Committee.
