Darwin Schandor is Head of Private Wealth, Western Canada at Nicola Wealth. He brings extensive leadership experience in wealth management, with a strong track record in strategy, growth, advisor recruitment, and business development across complex organizations. In this role, Darwin oversees the Private Wealth business across Western Canada, with responsibility for market expansion, regional growth strategy, and leadership.
Darwin completed the UBC Sauder Business Family Advisor program, reflecting his commitment to professional excellence and client-focused advice. Prior to joining Nicola Wealth, he held senior leadership roles including President of Moneta, Regional President, British Columbia at National Bank of Canada, and Vice President, Private Banking at RBC Wealth Management.
He also serves as a board member of the Streetohome Foundation and Work With Us Foundation.
