Daniella started her career in property management while living in Whistler in 2008. She is a graduate of the University of British Columbia's Sauder School of Business, where she obtained her real estate licence. She has held real estate licenses in British Columbia and Alberta and is currently an Associate Broker. Daniella holds both Real Property Administrator and Facilities Management Administrator designations with BOMI Canada.

Daniella has been an integral part of Nicola Real Estate since 2018, assuming the role of Senior Director & General Manager, BC.  In this capacity, she oversees day-to-day operations, working closely with a large team encompassing operations, marketing, guest services, and property management.
