Before joining Nicola Wealth, Andre served with one of Vancouver's largest real estate development companies, where he actively managed over six million square feet of residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments alongside various partners.

Andre earned a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of British Columbia's Sauder School of Business, specializing in Finance and Real Estate. Additionally, he participates in the Urban Development Institute's U40 mentorship program and various industry committees.

Andre leads and oversees new development projects in the Nicola Real Estate funds in Canada and the U.S., leveraging over ten years of experience in development management. His responsibilities encompass project feasibility, strategic planning, design, entitlements, marketing, budgeting, and construction.
