Aidan Bauer Marr

Aidan is a Wealth Planning Associate at Nicola Wealth, where he supports the delivery of integrated planning solutions for high-net-worth clients.

Prior to joining Nicola Wealth, he worked as a Private Client Associate at Prime Quadrant in Toronto, serving ultra-high-net-worth families with strategic portfolio consulting and investment planning. His experience also includes an internship with North Equities, where he supported investor relations initiatives.

He began his career in financial services as a Customer Service Representative at BMO while completing his undergraduate studies. A student-athlete throughout university, he played for the men’s soccer teams at both the University of South Florida and Western University, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts with a specialization in Financial Economics.

Committed to community engagement, he has volunteered with organizations including the Salvation Army, Meals on Wheels, and the Children’s Cancer Center in Tampa. Now based in Vancouver, he continues to give back through initiatives like Stanley Park Ecology and looks forward to contributing to Nicola Wealth’s broader community impact efforts.
