Overview
Adam is responsible for overseeing commercial real estate asset acquisitions on behalf of Nicola Real Estate. During his tenure, Adam has executed over $1 billion of business in various asset classes, including industrial, office, and retail properties across Canada.
Adam's strategic and interdisciplinary approach enables him to effectively guide his team through the transaction process, including underwriting, due diligence, deal structuring, and negotiations.
Adam has over 15 years of diverse professional experience, including acquisitions, asset management, land development, strategic planning, and financial reporting. Prior to joining Nicola Real Estate, Adam worked with KPMG, where he advised various pension funds, asset managers, and developers on valuation, buy-side due diligence, and assurance engagements.
Adam is a Chartered Accountant (CPA CA), Chartered Business Valuator (CBV), and Licensed Sales Professional with the Real Estate Council of Ontario (RECO). He holds an HBA and MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business, where he graduated with distinction. Adam has also been an active participant in the broader community and has held various board positions with Leave Out Violence (LOVE) Ontario.
