Lucia Liscio, Managing Director, Business Development, Capitalize for Kids  (C4K)

Lucia leads the Business Development team at C4K and is responsible for relationship management of existing stakeholders and building new relationships in the community. C4K runs two annual events as their main source of fundraising – Bay Street Games and the C4K Investors Conference. In addition, Lucia steward's donor relationships with current and prospective donors.  

Prior to joining C4K, Lucia worked at Goldman Sachs, London, on the Debt Origination team before returning home to Toronto and joining CIBC Capital Markets. Most recently Lucia led global strategic talent initiatives at RBC Capital Markets and was Vice President of Philanthropy and Corporate Citizenship. Lucia holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Toronto, attended the London School of Economics (LSE) and completed a Post Graduate Law Diploma in England.

Jason Pun, Managing Director of Impact Consulting, Capitalize for Kids (C4K)

Jason's primary role is to lead the internal consulting team in the execution of operational improvement projects at provider agencies across the child and youth mental health system in Canada. These projects include diagnosing areas for improvement, collaborative solution design, implementation, and evaluation of the impact of these solutions. C4K also supports the design and implementation of system-level initiatives, including projects in centralized intake and service model development. Prior to joining C4K, he was a Principal Consultant at a boutique consulting firm and the co-founder and Principal of Intelligent Improvement Consultants, a consulting practice focused on the health sector and operational effectiveness. Prior to that, Jason was a Director in PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) Canada’s Health Services Practice, where he led the health program evaluation portfolio and many large health care consulting projects with provincial and national scope.
