Totaling 45,000 square feet on 1.80 acres, 2506-2596 West Barberry Place is a multi-tenant industrial asset in an infill location. The subject property provides functional industrial spaces with low office finish and both dock and grade loading. The acquisition is consistent with NWRE’s industrial growth strategy of acquiring functional, multi-tenant small and mid-bay assets in primary locations.
