Spencer Block, a project from the Nicola Real Estate team was featured in the Times Colonist following the official opening of its first phase, a 278-unit purpose-built rental complex on Chatham Street at Government and Herald streets in downtown Victoria. The first phase is now complete with 60 per cent of units leased, and the project includes 19,000 square feet of street front retail space wrapping around the building. Josh Anderson, Vice President of Development, said the development is part of a new ecosystem of restaurants, cafés and amenities in the area, with the second phase expected to be completed in January.
