One of the biggest changes that have resulted from the pandemic is the way businesses operate. What was originally supposed to be a few weeks of sheltering in place has now passed its one-year anniversary, completely changing the way we work.
With the uncertainties businesses, leaders and their employees have faced, burnout and decreased motivation have come to the forefront in many workplaces. So how can leaders support their teams and provide a mentally healthier work environment, especially in a virtual world?
Sasja Chomos, President of Dynamic Achievement joins host Mark Therriault to talk about self-care, burnout, performance and ways to better support both yourself and your team through these times.
