The company is building for the future and looking to invest in talented team members to add to our Wealth Planning Associate (WPA) team to support our clients while learning their craft.

Learning from the ground up, and starting as a Wealth Planning Associate, many progress to Senior Wealth Planning Associates and then to Wealth Advisors. Our WPA Career Development Program focuses on career growth to maximize potential and success in career paths such as people leadership and Wealth Advisors.

Mentorship is a core tenet of our talent development program, as it gives the opportunity to learn from the best in the business. Nicola Wealth WPAs have direct access and will work alongside some of the leading advisors in the nation.

Our model of having two advisors on each client file means gaining exposure to different approaches and styles to help inform your own development. We provide robust onboarding and training with peer-to-peer and senior advisor mentorship, as well as specialized learning cohorts and study groups.
