Reedo Building

The Reedo Building is a four story office property with ground floor retail and an office penthouse on the roof. Originally built in 1904, the building was completely renovated in 2006 following the Nisqually earthquake and now comprises an essentially new building constructed within the 1904-built façade. The property is 100% leased to office tenants and the ground floor hosts the Elysian Fields restaurant and brewery. Located in the Pioneer Square neighborhood of downtown Seattle, Lumen Field, the home of the Seattle Seahawks, is located across the street.
