Stan joined Nicola Wealth in January 2014 and is a Wealth Advisor in the firm’s Richmond office.
Following his graduation from the University of Victoria with a Bachelor of Science in Economics, Stan worked for two years in the Canadian financial industry, including roles in a bank as well as a securities company. He then worked for two years at a state-owned enterprise in China.
At an early age, Stan participated in the management of his family business which has instilled a thorough understanding of the financial needs of entrepreneurs and high-net-worth clients within Chinese communities. His experience in Canada exposed him to the business and financial environments in Canada and North American. Fluent in Mandarin and English, Stan easily understands the issues our Chinese and new-immigrant clients face including taxation, financial planning, and investment management.
Stan holds the CFA designation and is currently working towards the completion of the CFP. As a CFA holder, Stan is accountable to the CFA Standards and Code of Ethics.
Outside the office, Stan enjoys running, hiking, golfing, as well as yachting and snowboarding.
