Mary brings extensive financial markets knowledge and has been a trusted advisor to many leading Canadian companies. She has played a significant role in numerous IPO, equity, and quasi-equity transactions.
Mary is the Vice-Chair of the Board of Directors for Women in Capital Markets. Since joining in 2014, she has served on their Finance, Governance, and Human Resources Committees. Mary is a Chartered Accountant, holds a BA in Economics from the University of Toronto and an MBA from the University of Toronto – Rotman School of Management.
