Motown Meltown brings musicians, vocalists, and music lovers together for an evening of entertainment and fun. Backed by and electrifying 12-piece band, 28 talented Canadian vocalists will take the stage to showcase the best of soul, rhythm and blues while raising funds for Seva Canada.
The Seva Society was founded in 1982 with a mission to eliminate preventable blindness and restore sight in the developing world. They believe that everyone has the right to sight and that restoring a person’s vision and preventing blindness is one of the effective ways to alleviate suffering and poverty. Seva creates sustainable, economically viable, locally managed eye-care programs that will be perpetually beneficial to the individuals and families helped.
Blindness and visual impairment is the 7th largest health disability in the world, but it’s solvable. We are pleased to help Seva Canada and their efforts to end blindness by sponsoring this magical evening to benefit those in need by the power of song.
